Feeling Icky and Blah!

So, I weighed myself today out of pure curiosity and I am UP 2lbs from my last official weigh-in. How depressing is that? but, I think I know the culprits.

1. Hubby bought family packs of Little Debbie snacks. Of course I couldn't say no to them! I haven't gorged on them, but I have had a few.

2. I haven't been drinking water like I should. I haven't been drinking much of anything, really.

3. I am constipated! This is the worst because it makes me feel sluggish and bloated.

Looks like it's time for a laxative. And before anyone comments how bad they are for a person: The last time I took one was a year ago when I was really constipated. So, I don't make a habit of them. I only use them when I REALLY need to. I know, I know. Fiber will help. But, you haven't seen the contents of my pantry and refrigerator. Not a whole lot of options there right now.

I think I'm going to make some bran muffins today if it doesn't get too hot. I also need to put together my tri-board presentation for Psych class tomorrow. That's easy though. I have all the stuff already printed out. I just need to figure out how I want to lay it out. I also need to do laundry and figure out where my 7yr old daughter put all her socks so she can stop wearing mine....
