In line with my promise to myself to think outside the box and try new exercise I saw 'bellydancing basics' on exercise tv. Well, lord knows I've got more than enough belly to shake so I tried it. OMG. This is very challenging ab work. But being facinated I ran it two more times to see if repetition would help my clutzy inability to move gracefully. (not my strong point.)After noticing that the instructor was barefoot, I removed the running shoes and tried some more. Hmm. I may be able to pull this off. I have found a new exercise which makes me feel more graceful and sexy. Will definitely do this again.
