I went to work. I worked. I came home. lol (I'm skipping ahead in case you were wondering lol)

So when I got home, I did my videos. Up first today was yoga. Now, because its yoga, I figured I'd skip the warm up and cool down. I mean, its stretching, right? That wasn't the brightest decision I've ever made. lol It turns out, yoga on cold muscles isn't very relaxing AT ALL!!!! Everything is tight and sore, which made for an uncomfortable session. I did some extra though, trying to make up for the lost minutes and to try and work out this kink I have in my neck from golf on the Wii Fit yesterday. It didn't help though. :P When I forget, and I will, and do this again, will someone PLEASE tell me to do it properly? lol

So after yoga was cardio and abs. I did the abs first (after the whole warm up, thank you very much lol) because after cardio, I feel like my head's on fire when I'm laying on the ground. Some of the ab moves are starting to get a little easier. I can do most of them the correct way now, and I can do them ALMOST as long as I'm supposed to. lol

I took a little breather after abs, before I jumped right into the cardio. Trust me, these ab exercises are INTENSE! A break is a really good idea! lol

Cardio went well. It still takes me a few extra minutes to cool down afterward before I can do my stretching though. But its getting better!

I was going to do Wii Fit again tonight, but I started going through the roster of BLC 18 instead. I spent quite a long time, going through names, friending fellow Red Hots, and posting on their walls. I'm really looking forward to the start of the challenge Monday. I hope the rest of my team is amped and ready to rock too!!! I didn't make it all the way through the list yet, but I'll work on it some more tomorrow.

I'm pretty tired tonight, so I'd better get to bed now. But before I do, I'd like to have a moment of silence for those 40 pounds I've lost. May they find a good home with someone who actually needs them. Woohoo!!!! Silence over! lol

    LMAO! You are hilarious! I didn't think about having a moment of silence for the pounds I lost. That's a good idea. I should have a moment of silence and then say good riddance! :)

    I understand the time it takes to comment on all the members' pages for your team. That has been taking so much of my time, that I'm way behind on other sparking. I'm really sorry I was so late congratulating you on 40 pounds lost. That is awesome! You'll be at 50 before you know it, too. I'm really proud of you! Keep up the awesome job! :)

    Lol! You are too funny!! BTW next time you do yoga, you need to warm up first...thought I'd warn ya now so you couldn't yell at me later, lol! Moment of silence has been taken! Ode to the 40 lbs....we will not miss you....you may not pass go, you must go straight to jail!!!
