failure and okay with it

Somehow I knew that our weekend celebrations were going to backfire on me. I have been in bed sick all day. That means I have managed to get no cardio in whatsoever.
I did do some basic strength training while laying in bed. It wasn't anything great but it was enough to get points for the challenge.
I'm finally starting to feel a little better after napping for a few hours, but my stomach is still queasy. I figure I should be back to normal tomorrow. I will end up way under on my calories today since I haven't been able to eat all day, but I've been getting my water in to get rehydrated.
I am not letting my weekend of fun stress me out. We had a good time and really needed to just let loose. There has been so much tension lately with everything that has happened... it was nice to forget everything for a couple of nights (literally).
