Do supplements increase your appetite?

I take a daily dose of

Adult silver vitamin,two fish oil tabs, two calcium tabs, two vitamin d tabs and a natural joint repair supplement.

I get really hungry every two hours.

I try to use apples, carrots, applesauce and cottage cheese to fill in between meals but they just don't satisfy me.

Any body else find the supplements make you have a bigger appetite?

Just wondering.

    We take a similar bunch of supplements, but I never thought that they made us hungrier. I do know that by drinking lots of water (fill-up) it does help us get past the desire to nosh in between meals. You're doing it right... those are great snacks to nibble on. I hate being hungry too... emoticon emoticon
