Update: New Plan

I updated my Spark Page intro and I made a new plan starting June 1 to: #1 Plan ahead in the Nutrition tracker for what I am going to eat the next day; #2 Increase my protein intake; and #3 Cut out all non-nutrition, processed foods. I didn't decide until today, 6/6, to blog it. So I'll blog about yesterday the 5th. I did plan out my whole day ahead of time. My protein intake was 124 grams which was 35% of my total calories for the day of 1396 but only 22-30% of my projected calories allotted. I was under on my calorie intake but I just could not eat another thing because everything I ate was nutritious and I didn't have any junk food. I actually could not eat everything I had planned into the menu. There's a novelty! Maybe if you only eat real food you don't need as many calories? Until tomorrow, have a good night. It's almost 3AM!
