another fall, trying to get back up

a few weeks back i fell again, broken wrist and ankles are making things challenging, but i'm getting around, even without braces part of the time. it floored me 2 get injured again, even b4 i healed from last broken ankle. i gave up. too much pain and hopelessness to think of being fit. i've stayed at a steady 201, but i'm not getting my water, my stretches or produce. broke my patterns as well as my will. i've kept spinning. now that i'm getting around a bit better, i want to add back stretching and water and produce. i've found a casted wrist including thumb make food prep challenging. i give up and resort to whatever i can manage. i've kept portion control fairly reasonable.

my goals:
10 min stretch
8 cup water
get up and go song
1 fresh produce
write
connect with buddy about these goals
spin the wheel

i must get stronger, these r my beginner goals, but i feel it's all i can do, i will slowly add more emoticon

    wow you always amaze me love and i know you will do this it is in your strength of charecter.i love get up and go songs too but take it easy and don´t do too much like you i once did too much before my foot had healed and it gave way on me then i ended up with two bum foots,lol.just don´t give up have faith. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    That's the best way to start, and sometimes it's just all you can do. Sounds like you've had a heckuva bad year so far, and I'm really sorry to hear about that. I think your goals are admirable....many people would have just given up and said 'forget it' til they were all healed up and back to par. Just don't hurt yourself any further, keep it simple while you're recuperating. And don't forget your protein!
