Never Again

Monday, June 06, 2011

I ate like crap today and paid for it. I was in a hurry this morning so I had no time for breakfast. I got a hot dog when I stopped for gas. It is never good when you have a hotdog for breakfast. Skipped lunch, no time for that. I spaghetti at a friends with absolutely no vegetables. But before the spaghetti I had a danish. I left my friends and headed to my cousin's house. On the way I stopped for a 320z slushie, may as well have the doughnut with it. By the time I got to my cousin's house my stomach was fighting and kicking. I sat in the bathroom, feeling like I was back in college and had one to many at the party. Pleading with God to make it go away and promising never to do this again. I may have been sitting in a different position but I felt like crap none the less. Lesson learned, anything in excess (except money) is not a good thing. On the bright side. I feel better now and tomorrow is a new day. Spark On!

Glad to hear you picked yourself up and dusted off then moving on. Gotta love new beginnings. You got this. Isn't it really wonderful that our bodies now can tell the difference in what we eat. That is a great thing.
