No Weigh In But An Update...

Hey Spark....

First let me tell you I didnt Weigh In on Friday because I was at another office and the scale there was broken. I will weigh in on Monday morning at my office hopefully I will see 245lbs (Crossing Fingers)!!

So I just wanted to tell ya'll about my week but I didnt feel like getting in front of the camera cause I look & feel a HOT MESS!! Anywho...This week was good I didnt work out after I finish my vid last Sunday I just couldnt move had my workout clothes on but I just couldnt get into the swing of working out. So since I didnt workout Sunday & Monday was Memorial Day (no work) I decided to workout twice on Monday to make up for Sunday. Can I say I did it & I was very proud of myself it felt great...I did TurboJam 40min workout that Morning & that evening TurboJam 20min plus 17min on Treadmill !! emoticon

So here comes Wednesday and some of ya'll know that I'm a single mom but Im BLESSED to say that I have support & help from my mom, family & friends!! Wednesday comes & normally my mom or cousin watches my daughter while I workout but they couldnt on this of course Im thinking well I guess I cant workout today but then it hit me!! I have a good baby Jordyn doesnt need a whole lot of attention and someone in her face 24-7...So I pull her play pen by my workout area put her little toys in there and let her chill in the playpen while I did my workout. Mind you she was looking at me like Mama what you doing?!? lol but We Did It!! I had to stop maybe 2-3 times but we did it!! So Im very proud of myself because the old me would've just given up and didnt workout and made that my excuse as to why I didnt get 4 workouts in this week!! emoticon

I forgot to tell ya'll my June Goals so here they are:

-Weight Goal: 242lbs
-No Weekend Cheats For the Month Of June
**Side Note** Didnt do to well this weekend but I'm starting fresh today no cheating!!
-Jog 1.5miles without any breaks
-Workout at least 4-5days a week

I think that's it for Goals & My weekly update!! I gotta get my workout on so ya'll have a great week I'll be back in front of the camera next weigh in!!

    Good for you- finding a way to workout even with your little darlin' right there! When she gets a little older,she can be your weights for strength training. emoticon I have fond memories of lifting my toddlers with arms and legs- a great workout.
