I have been using Fitbit more than sparkpeople when it comes to my blogging but I am working on getting an actual blog set up...just dont know how much time I will have to update it as I am hoping to be to busy working out! haha If your interested in becoming my friend on fitbit email me on sparkpeople and I will give you the info to find me. Always looking for people going thru or have already gone thru the weight loss process and need motivation. Just to kind of update you...I went 30 days without MCD and managed to have it 4 times in 24 hours on my way to NC to visit my mom. Bad news...alot of unneccessary calories that I may end up paying for on my weigh in day which will be monday since my mom does not have a scale at this time. Good news... I did not enjoy the food as much as I used too...and it was so fatty that my body just didnt handle it and everytime I ate it I fell asleep for hours...which some of that was the car ride...but truely it didnt taste as good as I remembered it. Oh I got some new workout music as I really am trying hard to lose the weight and keep it off...its not to late for me...my bodys skin should still be able to retract quite a bit. Also I got some new running shoes. They are picked out based on how my feet and legs are...I tend to tilt my knees in so they have extra support on the inside to keep that from happening and it makes me walk straighter and makes the chances of a running injury a bit less..unless I biff it while running! haha. Ive also been trying to only drink diet soda and water...I had a few regular sodas while traveling due to getting a bad diet soda at MCD..(tasted like some type of acid) made me not trust them to not mess it up again! anywho once I get my blog going I will invite you all to view it.Ive also been reading up on some other diet blogs and I think public accountablity is an important thing. So dont be shocked when I go back to announcing my weights and having actual pictures up again. anywho going to go now but again if you want my fitbit blog just emial me here on sparkpeople. Thanks!
