Okay, so today started out a little rough - McDonald's for breakfast. I'm not a fan of their food but my husband and kid love it so I went along with them. I got a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a smoothie. Then I felt a bit guilty about it and sat around all morning watching tennis on tv. emoticon

BUT then I got up off my lazy butt and made a healthy lunch - the grilled cheese/pizza sandwiches that I found here on SparkPeople. I got some work done around the house and then I made turkey burgers for dinner, YUM! They turned out pretty good aside from my making them a little small. I just seasoned them with salt and pepper this time and we ate them on multigrain flatbread. My family ate them right up! Next time I cook them I'll experiment a little more and have fun with it. emoticon emoticon emoticon

After dinner I went for a long walk around town with my husband and daughter, which is something we're going to try to do more often. Usually we fall into the trap of "eat dinner, watch tv". It felt great to get up and get moving instead! emoticon

    We love walking. My boyfriend neighbors and I. My neighbors have tripletes so a short walk turns into a long walk they're two and a half.
