Jump Into June - Week 1 Recap

I figured I'd get my weekly update blog done now while I have the time to do it. We are having company over tonight so there's no telling whether I'll be around in time to get it done later or not.
Week 1 has found me with more motivation than I ended May with. I have done at least 90 minutes of cardio everyday, as well as 30 minutes or more of strength at least 6 days. My biggest struggle this week has been forcing myself to do my cardio indoors - I had gotten into a good routine doing quite a bit outside in the pool or wherever, but with 100 degree temps and the pool temporarily closed down, it made me have to really push this week.
I have found a new workout plan to try that seems to be fun if I don't overthink it. I'm also considering a couple of others to start out - I still haven't decided on the Brazil Butt Lift yet but I have to make a decision soon since I'd start on Monday. Who knows!?!
This coming week I want to keep my focus on getting my running in. I have really gotten out of the habit but have done good this week at getting back into it.
I have been a little frustrated that the scale isn't tipping much in either direction but I'm not letting it bother me. I need to do my measurements and see if there's any improvement there. I know that the weight is going to drop more slowly since I'm getting closer to my goal weight but come on already! LOL
