Greg inspired me to write some actual detailed goals for this month, and to stop being lame :). Thanks Greg.
Where I am now:
Weight 209.2 pounds (yah that is actually down for the year!)
*Waist at smallest:34"
*Waist over Belly button:39.25"
My scale read (just for future comparison, I don't know the exact meaning of them all)
I then * the 4 trouble spots for me. Their total is 151.25". Some spots like calves and biceps really shouldn't be shrinking so I haven't included them (maybe they will grow!)
My weight is actually going down pretty steadily for the first time in oh my gosh, three years or so. Sheesh!
Anyway, I want to be below 200 by the end of June. I think I can do this!
For my trouble spot total I want to lose two inches. Not sure about speed but two sounds good to me.
How to do this:
ETL. So far I am enjoying the program, with my modifications. Yes I still go out for custard on Saturday with DH and have my fill. I enjoy it and want to keep doing that, at least for now. My brain seems to be clearer and my energy is pretty good. My hunger in general is also lower, amazing!
A trouble spot I have never had before (due to carpooling). The solution, I have 30 Day shred and p90x both coming in from the library TODAY. I've never done either so I want to see if either of these would fit the bill as something muscley I can do at home.
Find a new day and time with a personal trainer. Mine is going back to Chicago, and the 6am Monday morning time slot is not going to work with DH's schedule.
1 day per week, go on a bike ride. I really don't like the heat so this may be a struggle for me.
Look into biking races etc. I know nothing about bike events, terms etc. Advice would be helpful.
