Day 19: Back on track

I made it to the gym, did 20 minutes on the dreadmill until I remembered why I never wear shorts to run when I weigh more than 70 kilos . . . Then into the pool for my 30 minute workout.
I also bought me some new running shoes. I know I hadn't promised them to myself until I had been running consistenly for one month, but it has been three weeks now and I am COMMITTED. Plus the old ones are falling apart.
