Day 3: Another great day

Today was Taebo day and I loved every minute of it. For those of you who have never tried taebo with billy blanks, GO FOR IT! There are a lot of other kickboxing DVDs out there, but there is nothing like the original Taebo with Billy Blanks. He's a great motivator and pushes you to your limit.

As for the food, I won't list everything I ate today because it is on my tracker. But it was a great eating day. I ate enough and I don't feel hungry at all. SP gives a calorie range. Before, I always stayed on the lower end of this range. I was always hungry in the evenings, causing me to overeat. But now, I try to eat towards the upper calorie limit (i will admit that sometimes I go over by like 100 calories) and I don't feel hungry in the evening. Now I'm just starting this out this week, but so far it feels great.

Well that's all for today. We'll see what happens tomorrow!

    I'm the same way if I don't eat a substantial dinner. Come 8 pm and I'm looking for something to eat so I try to eat a bigger dinner so I stay full through the night.
