Beginning Again

Well, I got stuck in one of those loops where I have let go all my healthy eating and exercising. Its time to get back to this. I have known this is not a good thing, I havent been happy with myself because I know better. I just need to stop the downward spiral and begin my climb back up to healthy.

Today begins a new day and a new path to healthy for me. I know I will be happier, and healthier if I stick with my plans !

    hi bgolic, remember me? you are the first friend i made when starting on spark.
    got invited to a challenge, and that has demanded all my attention. well tomorrow is the last day, lost a kilo more than my minimum goal, but my rate of losing 1 kg a week has dropped to about a pound a week instead, but i take that for a good sign.
    desk work is taking over now, so it'll be even less at best.
    now this 'downward spiral' you're talking about.... hmm. probably never happened to anyone... just kidding. oh dear how often have i had that experience. doing fine, then bam, at one point your body revolts. that's why slow losing is much better in the long run. lasts longer, no shocks, no withdrawal symptoms. walking a fine balance.

    You can do it!! I can't tell you how many times I've lost hope, lost energy, fallen off the wagon...we've all done it.
