Please, don't look at my last blog entry. How pathetic is that? Life has been crazy and got in the way, but, I've missed blogging and decided, it's June, time to start. So, here I am! So, what's been going on in the past 9 months? Well, thank goodness, I haven't had a baby!!! LOL. My kids have kept me busy, as well as the volunteering I do at my daughter's school. Now, on to the weight, eating issue. It wasn't that great until 4 weeks ago, I said, "ENOUGH ALREADY!" I couldn't take it any more. So, I buckled down and have lost almost 10 lbs in 4 weeks. Now, I am so motivated. With that, it's time to put the June goals down:
Keep up the cardio, but, get back onto my bike and start riding outside in the nice, fresh air!
I need to do better on my strength training. I've been too lax, so, I have to make sure I strength train at least twice a week.
Continue eating the way I am: clean and healthy. I don't need to pig out. I am very satisified with my food. the first bite is just as good as the last, so, stick with the first one!
I'm not going to put a specific number, but, I would like to be under 120 lbs. by the end of June. We go on vacation in July and I want to be comfortable. I don't have far to go below that number, but, b/c I don't have a massive amount to lose, 2-5 lbs will make me happy.
Ok, here it is. I've typed them out and will hit the post button. Now, I am committed. Who else will put it in writing (ok, typing!)?
