Half heartedly back in the saddle again

I don't know what is wrong with me these past few days....well, actually, I think I do???...I am still overtired. I slept better yesterday, but it didn't seem to be enough. It is amazing how one sleepless night throws you right off for days. Today I forced myself on the treadmill. I put on my favorite show of the moment (The Tudors) and trotted on the treadmill. My heart wasn't in it. But I did it by willing one foot in front of the other for 30 minutes and 220 calories. And I ate within my nutrition and calorie ranges, although I reversed my usual snack and dinner times (eating my bigger meal later than I should). So, I am back on track...sort of....but not with the same gusto & zest I had before. I need a good swift kick in the you-know-what! emoticon
