Day 2/Goals for June/ random ramblings....

Okay here's what I ate today:
8 am: 1 cup oatmeal squares cereal w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk; 1 navel orange
10:30: 6 oz chobani yogart, 6 triscuit
12:30: turkey sandwich (1 slices light honey wheat bread, 3 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup spring mix, 1 tbsp light mayo) 1/2 cup fresh pineapple; 1 chex mix chocolate bar
3 pm: 1 oz mozzarella cheese
6 pm: I baked chicken leg; 1 large salad (2 cups baby spinach, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers, 2 tbsp ranch dressing)
7 pm: Dove chocolate (200 calories)
I think something is wrong with the SP tracker today because I can't track my food. But I think that today was an okay eating day. I didn't eat anything after dinner and I feel great. I do have a confession though: the ranch dressing I used for my dinner salad was regular, not light. Light ranch dressing DOES NOT taste the same as the regular stuff. But I won't eat it everyday, maybe just once a week. Every other day, I use light italian dressing, which is delicious. Also, I think 200 calories is a little too much for a treat. Maybe 100-150 calories is good.... But overall, I have no regrets about today.
Right now, Its about 9 pm and I'm watching one of my favorite shows, First 48. Today is wednesday, my workout day. But I still haven't worked out yet. I'm trying to decide if I should wait until it goes off, or just workout tomorrow morning. It's pretty late to work out. IDK...
Goals for june:
Stay within my calorie range
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Work out at least 4x a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat) for at least 45 minutes
Be more active on sparkpeople
