Testing my limits

Today's workout was about testing my limits. Since I hurt myself 10 days ago I have had constant pain, but it has been less intense for the past couple of days. On Monday I did a short leg workout after my half-hour walk.
Today after the walk I decided to try an upper body workout. I picked up the 5 lb weights for bicep curls, but quickly realized that bicep curls are not a problem!
So I grabbed for the 10 pounders and did a set of 10. Then some tri kick backs. Not bad!! Now down for some chest presses...
Uh... NO WAY!! So I tried with 5 lb weights... uh uh. Even trying to do a chest press with NO WEIGHT was hurting!! Nix that one.
I thought I'd flip over and try a plank...
I can't even get into plank position!! Oh boy!!
Anyway, I did 3 sets each of biceps and triceps. By the time triceps set 3 came around I knew my right arm was done because I was REALLY starting to hurt. Good time to stop!
Tomorrow I'm going to attempt some ab moves and some yoga moves.
