Well I continued my wt loss challenge with my sister she needs to loose to she is getting married in nov. and we both need to look good so I started out about 158 and am officially down to 153 even though my wt yest was 152 either way I think its great.
eat a balanced diet with lots of water cal range 1200-1550
exercise at least 30 min a day not easy with 2 lo
zumba one day a week
and me making the decision that I dont want to be fat any more. I wanted to loose the wt but when I finally decided not to be fat and make a real effort even when i rather take a nap made a huge difference.
So I started in april at 163 and june first ended at 153
