Feeling more positive today

Sorry for being such a downer yesterday.
Went to the grocery store last night & bought all healthy foods. Ate a good breakfast of raspberries & Greek yogurt. Had a Clif MOJO bar for snack. I have a salad all prepared for lunch (romaine, spinach, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled egg, and 1 slice of bacon). I'll eat that with a cup of 80cal soup. Then I'll go to the gym & work hard on the elliptical & then do some ab work. Have a banana & string cheese for my after workout snack. Then I'll run to the Farmer's Market to get eggs & whatever else they have available. Supper is in the crockpot (chicken, corn, chipotle peppers, Rotel & black beans). I'll serve that over brown rice. This evening, the whole family will go for a hike since it is so nice outside today. If the girls are too exhausted from hanging out with Grandma all day, then Matt & I will go for a walk/run just the 2 of us. OR we can go to the aquatic center & walk the lazy river against the current. If I need a snack tonight, I'll have a 100 cal bag of popcorn.
Hopefully nothing will throw a wrench in my plans. The month of June is going to be AWESOME. I hope to lose the weight I've gained back.
