Busy, stressed, tired.
What a combo.
I need this to pass soon....and its not bad stuff at all...I just have a TON of stuff going on these next few weeks...
(Which reminds me...I need to call a few people back today about summer stuff)
This has not been good for the workout/eating stuff....
How am I supposed to balance everything when I don't even have enough time in one day or week to fit everything in? How do I "unload" myself?
