I can't believe it's June!?! What happend to May?
Glad to say that the weather is finally turning around in Chicago (although I don't want to speak too soon). May was a great month - lots of friends and weddings and events, so needless to say I fell off track a bit.
Onward and forward!
Long running goals for the month - countdown to this summer's first half marathon is 6 weeks!
- June 5th: 8 miles
- June 12th: 9 miles
- June 19th: 10 miles
- June 26th: 15K
Strength training 3x per week - twice with trainer and once at powerflex
Bootcamp 1x per week
Short runs 2x per week
Keeping up with protein and water!!
Sweat a lot, get a tan, have a blast!!
