New Goal - journaling in order to better understand how I feel so I can make positive changes.
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest), how is your energy level today?
2 I feel like I have no energy at all. I feel a little more motivated than yesterday
Do you feel full of vigor and ready to tackle the challenges of the day (5), as if you can barely drag yourself out of bed (1) or somewhere in between?
Somewhere in between. It was very hard to get up this morning, but I have a little motivation, I guess.
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest), how would you rate your stress level today?
Medium - think I did poorly at interview. Also, have an interview tomorrow.
Do you feel like you're about to bite someone's head off (5), like everything just rolls off your back (1) or something in the middle?
middle - sometimes numb while other times feisty. Dropped the dogs off at the groomer this morning and I freaked out when they couldn't find the appointment - I felt really bad.
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest), how well did you sleep last night? Did you feel well-rested when you woke up this morning (5)? Did you toss and turn all night and feel terrible today because of it (1)? Something in the middle?
I did not toss and turn - I slept very hard. However, I woke up feeling very tired and my eye hurt.

Somewhere in the middle.
Other -- I feel really bad because on Sunday and Monday I ate poorly and drank because of the holiday. Yesterday, I was suppose to get back on track. I ate decently all day through dinner. Even though I didn't go the the gym, I walked the dogs for 30 minutes. BUT after that I snacked bad. Today, I ate very good and worked out.

What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? Boredom - boredom - boredom Feel like I did bad at job interview AND have another job interview tomorrow.
