My husband came home from 6 weeks on the road (over the road trucker) and repeatedly commented on how great I was looking! I haven't heard those words in so long. Me and lost weight have not been in the same sentence in years! It was a nice change of pace for me and a great motivator too.
I have been out of Spark for the last couple of weeks, not really keeping up with all my tracking, not coming on for points, posts, e-mails or anything. Been really busy with extra yardwork, painting, and general house work that I have been in extra pain when not actually moving. So when I am done, I am in bed. I have been moving to do what is necessary, but nothing more. And I do miss the support that you get when reading and talking with fellow members.
So, I am making this my June 1st goal
- To visit Spark pages daily,
- track my water intake daily,
- track my fitness minutes daily,
- track my extra goals - vitamins, team goals, etc,
- Earn 20 points a day through - message boards, life style pages, quizzes, motivational pages, etc.
If I can manage to complete these goals for the next 30 days, I am going to reward myself with a nice haircut and color! I usually box color, but my husband has been telling my to treat myself to a nice salon color for a change, so I think I just may do it. If I earn it. This will give me the motivation to work for it.
