20 minutes on the elliptical (all the bikes were taken - grrr)
30 minutes in the pool with my new training plan.

Within water, calorie and nutrient goals.
Still working on that am pilates thing.

Weigh-in tomorrow.

    Hope the scale reflects all your hard work! I am still working on my a.m. yoga thing. I said I would make that the goal for June... I guess that means tomorrow is the day!
