Uhh-uhh, My sister have POUND Cake

Okay, gonna eat today. May weight lost total. -8.2 lbs... start May 1 @227.8 today 219.6.
Did a workout this morning. And doing another this afternoon. What I will try to do is not gain a lb so not go over 3500 calories today.

Breakfast- 2 whole nut grain pancakes topped w/ strawberries, 2 turkey sausage, 1/4c scrambled eggs w/ cheese n mushrooms.
Lunch- 1 slider turkey burger no bread, 2 bbq winglettes , 1/2 c potato salad, 1/4 c baked beans, 1 slice of pound cake topped w/ whip cream n strawberries. I'm not gonna lie I will probaly go back later and eat another slice.
Dinner- 1 slider turkey burger(no bread), 1 bbq winglette, 1/2 c pot ato salad.
64 oz water. Did AM- Couch to 5K,Wk1D1..... PM- Couch to 5k,Wk2D1.
total- 3.5 miles in 1 hour and felt good

    Everything was SO good I actually ate off my baby plate for 2 of the meals... did a 30 min jog/walk for the AM and the PM and I feel good that maybe in the morning weigh in I won't have gained weight maybe maintain. I'm going to add my pics to this blog. Today was a great free food day... not over did it but just right.

    Oh your meals sound so yummy! I might have to try some of those, turkey slider/whole nut grain pancakes, now I'm hungry! haha :)
