Uhh-uhh, My sister have POUND Cake

Okay, gonna eat today. May weight lost total. -8.2 lbs... start May 1 @227.8 today 219.6.
Did a workout this morning. And doing another this afternoon. What I will try to do is not gain a lb so not go over 3500 calories today.
Breakfast- 2 whole nut grain pancakes topped w/ strawberries, 2 turkey sausage, 1/4c scrambled eggs w/ cheese n mushrooms.
Lunch- 1 slider turkey burger no bread, 2 bbq winglettes , 1/2 c potato salad, 1/4 c baked beans, 1 slice of pound cake topped w/ whip cream n strawberries. I'm not gonna lie I will probaly go back later and eat another slice.
Dinner- 1 slider turkey burger(no bread), 1 bbq winglette, 1/2 c pot ato salad.
64 oz water. Did AM- Couch to 5K,Wk1D1..... PM- Couch to 5k,Wk2D1.
total- 3.5 miles in 1 hour and felt good
