Weekend reflection on bad habit plan

3 family parties = breakdown in resolve.
I didn't do horrible this weekend but I didn't do well either. I have been over calories and sodium for the past 3 days. I got my minimum exercise in each day plus some. That is a huge improvement. I didn't gorge myself on any day. That is also an improvement. Chips and sweets, that's what got me. I kept it to 1 serving of each so I'm not beating myself up over it. Move on and drink drink drink today!!
