I need a new bootcamp!

I don't want to have the opportunity to slack, so I need a new bootcamp. Come on SparkPeople!!! Give us more challenges!

I slept in again today, then I did Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home. And I did ALL 5 MILES!!!

After that (and a shower, because I didn't smell too nice), we went grocery shopping. I wrote out all my meals for next week, except for Sunday. I thought I better give myself a free day. Hopefully by planning them out a little, I may have a better chance of hitting my targets. You'd think I'd have trouble staying under my ranges, but I'm so paranoid that I'll go over that I'm always going under.

I did some surfing on the web, started off on Leslie Sansone's site, and ended up on QVC. I found a treadmill I want, but it'll have to be a birthday or Christmas present to myself. Its way too expensive for me right now.

I did some strength training tonight. Mostly working the lower body. I'm obsessed with trying to get that butt burn again. I'm determined to firm and lift. lol

After a dinner of a grilled chicken salad w/ fruit, I was standing outside with the dog. Taylor came out to tell me goodnight and we decided to take a walk. We only did around a mile, and it was a slow mile, but it was nice. She's in bed now, and I'm headed that way in a few minutes.

    You are doing a wonderful amazing job!!! I was looking through the challenges the other day too, and the only one that was bootcamp was that 28 day, which you already did, the other ones aren't really workout I agree we need something new!! I got a spark mail for a biggest loser challenge but haven't read the details yet, it starts 6-13 and is a 10 week challenge, I should have time to read up on it today...if it's a different one than the one you are doing and it involves exercise, then I will give you the details :) Wanted to let you know again that I think it is sooo awesome that you and Taylor are doing so much together! You are helping her as much as she is helping you, and it is so awesome to see her along this journey with you! I bet she is so happy to have a mom that wants to work out with her! :) Josh was watching some of those war movies this weekend too, while I was catching up on my computer stuff, lol! K, text me today if you want, I only have 3 kids besides my own today, so it should be a breezy kinda day! :) love ya! So inspired by all you do!!! Keep up the great work!

    Its not that I try to eat too few, I'm just so worried that I'll overdo it and end up gaining. Again, an example of my ocd kicking in.
