Emotional Eating

I got on the scales and noticed that I was down to 218, well my treat was not one, but two snicker bars. whew was I happy that was over. I felt that I had earned it. I tried eating some other healthy food but it didn't hit the spot. I hope when I lose the next few pounds, I can do better. So after the snickers, I had to go running.
