A little change in diet = WOW!

Okay, now I have been doing this lifestyle change for while now and I have been quite successful but it has taken a lot of hard work, a lot of sweat, a lot of tears ... a lot of emotion period. I reached this plateau and I had to figure out how to get out of it ... I know that I struggle with regularly exercising but diet comes easy to me because I enjoy the crisp fresh taste of healthy food and I always have... so I tried to change things in my exercise routine because that is the only thing that left something to be desired... until....

I was at my son's t ball game and a mother there runs triathlons and she looks soooo good and she had 2 children. I asked her what are a few things that she does to stay in such incredible shape. One thing she asked me was what I ate for breakfast... I told her that I usually ate a whole wheat bagel or some eggs or oatmeal. She suggested that i eat fruit on an empty stomach in the morning and then eat what ever else I wanted to after ... then to eat more raw veggies than cooked or canned or frozen even ... so now I am eating fresh fruit for breakfast, and raw veggies for lunch ... I can't believe what is happening... I am off the plateau and I fit into a size 6 for the first time since high school...

insane what little changes can make your body do :)
