Accountability-High Protein Day

forgot to go to grocery store..I"m out of my breakfast food and didn't notice & now I'm too hungry to go then wait to cook it..... so I usually don't have 2 protein shakes in 1 day but thats what its gonna be.. I'm loading up on protein today.

Expected today -

Breakfast- Whey protein Shake, Snack- 4 chicken meatballs w/ lt Alfredo Sauce, Lunch, 3 oz Tilapia filet w/ crawfish n 1/4 c green beans,
Snack- Afterworkout Protein Formula,
Dinner 4 chicken winglettes, 1/4 c of Baked Beans, 10 Sweet Potatoe Fries-
Workout w/ trainer (1hr upperbody, abs,treadmill), 84oz of h2o

Total Calories @ 1160.
Total Protein@ 112.

Total burned at gym usual between 500-600 in the hr) HAVE a GREAT
