Being Too Hard On Yourself On This Journey...

As I said I would do yesterday, I have updated my ticker. My goal weight for right now is to get to 299 so that means lose 54.2lbs. It's a smaller number to focus on. Later when DH gets home from work, I will ask him to do measurements and pics that I will post in tomorrow's blog.

One of our challenges on A&I for this week is to list a trigger food. You get points for each day you avoid the trigger food and you subtract points for each time you've consumed it. I listed emoticon emoticon I didn't actually read about it until Wednesday night but I have been ice cream free for 2 days. I think this is a good start for me. One emoticon at a time!

    emoticon You are doing emoticon emoticon I read that article not long after I joined SP and definitely found it to be helpful for me. I've slowly changed my attitude towards myself and am not nearly as hard on myself as I use to be. I still can be from time to time because, well, I think old habits die hard. emoticon emoticon for staying away from ice cream!!     You are doing great. Keep up the good work! Ice cream is a killer for my hubby too, but today he said he was craving it, but he didn't give in. Woo hoo for you both! Mine is candy and I think it is usually because of boredome! Keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon
