Ive been thinking over the whole strength training thing. I am gonna try to start doing something a few times a week. I dont know how to get started though. I have dumbbells at home, maybe I will start there. I am really weak at strength training. I need to do something to jump start my weight loss again. And getting control over my hunger is a huge thing for me. I need to realize I am not hungry ALL the time.. and that I need to start eating the right things so Iam not hungry all the time..or feel the hunger all the time I should say.

    emoticon Strength Training builds muscle and has many benfits. Weights are good. Start with lesser weight ones and get good form ( the movement right to prevent injury). Resistance bands are good too.
    Appetite can be hard to figure out because, as I know, emotional eating can feel like hunger.
    Good nutrition does help the body to feel satisfied.
