I've been using the Nutrition Tracker for a while now. I enter what I plan on eating early in the day and then check it off as I go. Lately, I've been finding I have to add more than I had originally planned because I need to get my caloric intake up for the day. That's a new one for me! And I haven't been as hungry during the day, so I find myself having to remind myself to eat. There are days when that's not the3 case, but I never expected to write anything remotely like that. Now I can pass up that half finished bowl of ice cream of my son's because he's tired of it and doesn't want to finish it. Yeah for lifestyle changes that take hold!

    You have just been elevated to diet deity status for me; I can't imagine passing up a half finished bowl of ice cream, so I can't even consider having it in the house right now. For two seconds I thought about getting those weight watcher dark chocolate raspberry ice cream bar things, then realized there's like four bars in a box - let's just say I could make a box a serving...kind of like those petridge farm chocolate cakes that are four by four - yeah, one of those and a fork works for me and the container says there's four servings to a box. Yikes!

    Good for you to be monitoring your calories.
