I had a rough nite but all is well now. From this day forth I will be doing better at balancing life and fitness/health. I have spent this school year focusing on me , calories, workouts that I haven't been as attentive to my daughters. I forgot to get Perris (my 7 yr old) to her Talent show rehearsals and she got put out of the show till this morning when I talked to the director. I didn't sleep good at all after talking to my sister I did feel a little better. Balance is what I must do.
Today-work, field day, nail salon, mall, dinner, talent show--- then my workout it will be very late but I will get it in 45-60 mins of Billy Blank Cardio Inferno. My usual Friday workout is Nike Club at 24 hr fitness but no can do. Balance.
Prepared my meals for the day...
Breakfast- 1 egg wht, 2 turkey sausage 143/15
Snack- 1c Chicken Salad, 5 blue chips 215/42.5
Lunch- 1 blackened tilapia, 2red potatoes 175/21
Snack-1c Chicken Salad, 5 blue chips 215/42.5
Dinner- Salad w grilled chicken/ light dressing at whatever resturant we go to @300/15
Total Calories: 1198
Water- 64 plus oz
Workout- Cardio Inferno Bootcamp 60 mins. burns up to 600 calories.
