This is what I got planned for food today and I plan to stick with it cause I wanna drop another 2 lbs May 31...no slip ups! I eat every 3-4hrs:
Breakfast- 1c -1egg white &3 turkey sausage./(180/20)
Snack-1/2c Chicken Salad w/10 organic blue chips/(250/15)
Lunch-1c blackened Tilapia(1-3oz fillet)/(100/21)
Snack-1/2c baked bean +1/2c summer sausage/ (200/12)
Dinner- 1c blackened Tilapia (1-3oz fillet)+10 sweet potato fries/(200/22)
Snack- Protein Vanilla Shake w/Recovery formula n strawberries(230/28)
Total Calories: 1135/Total Protein: 118
Workout: Zumba ( burn between 550-600)
Water: up to 4-20oz bottles-80 oz.
Lunch for the day...

    great plan, had my day planned out but left my lunch sitting on the clothes drying. I'm improvising
    Breakfast - 2 eggs/kelbasa sausage
    snack - 1/2 serving of chili cheese corn chips
    lunch - grilled chicken wrap and side salad

    did workout program on the treadmill - 41 mins/ 439 cals burned

    Hey! and Thanks! I'm really trying very hard. As for Daily fat: I don't really count. I only focus on protein and calories. But I'm sure its not high b/c I only eat lean meats; no red meat or pork.

    I am amazed and very inspired by your commitment. Question: how much daily fat is in this nutritional day plan?
