I finally reached a healthy BMI. My original goal was to lose 60 lbs and I achieved that at the same time. I never thought I could do this because I have lost and gained over and over again. I changed my original goal and want to lose another 14 lbs. The healthy weight range for my height is between 114-154 lbs so that should take me somewhere in the middle of it.
