This is my first attempt at a stress journal. Actually, things have not been very stressful lately. I have been sleeping really good, which makes mornings very pleasant.

But I do get stressed at work. I am a supervisor and making sure things get done is sometimes difficult. Still learning the ropes on that, sometimes I think they are supposed to read my mind:)
