Weight Change:( and Summer Goal :)

I decided to go ahead and change my ticker to what the scales reflected this morning (223). I've worked hard since Easter sunday night (234 lbs) to get back to 217lbs after I got to relaxed after my March 8 surgerversary(214.8lbs) my all time low on this journey. So 11 lbs lost in 5 wks; not bad; like thats 2.2 lbs/wk lost. That usually my average.
I'm overwhelmed with many emotions; happy that I've come this far, sad from the days I sabatoged my diet, happy for the workouts that I have done, happy for the inches that I've lost, sad that I have to work for the rest of my life to stay a reasonable weight.
Oh you got those that say staying thin/healthy/fit isn't hard when you make it your lifestyle but thats a LIE! Mentally I work so hard after 9 pm to not eat the wrong food!
So I'm not going to look at where I was but where i'm going next... I have 8 more work days left before I'm on vacation for 10 weeks and I'm soosooosooo happy. Last summer I lost 24 lbs in 10wks and I put my all into each day! So, Yes.. I will do the same this year.. I've already put together my workout schedule and my eating plan will be the same minus the sabatoging 'sweet' binges. I will allow me 1 frozen yogurt a week.
Me-on my will this part of my life ever be OVER! where I'm setting goals to lose weight! Well, thanking God for where I've come and for where I will be.
Summer Weight Lost Goal: Start -June 6, 2011
End- 199 lbs by Aug 12,2011. -24 lbs/2.4 lbs per week.
