well i went in and re-evaluated my goals a little bit.. I am starting again on this journey..I hope that this time i will be able to curb my emotional eating, and keep on the excercise band wagon! I'm feeling really gross it is serious in my mind for me to feel this way i need to change, weight loss, and controling my emotional eating habits are a good start i think....

    Great advice already given the others....!!!

    You can do CAN do this!!! One step at a time, a block at a time, a mile at a time. Drink plenty of water, get good rest, watch your portions, eat your veggies/fruit. But also remember to have some FUN along the way!!

    I am so glad your going to give it another try, you know you can do this just stay focused on your goal. I remember you were doing so well until the fair hit last fall.
    Get up and dust off those jeans and get busy. One day and one meal at a time exercise along the way and you will reach your goal. Sandy

    Emotional eating is a biggie for me too! I am finding though that when I use the tracker I tend to eat much better! :) emoticon
