I created "my program" info based on what I was doing and some small things I thought I could add and would be beneficial.
Unfortunately, I don't track on SP because my computer / access isn't good enough to make that feasible and I've forgotten what I promised myself I'd add.
So, I'm reminding myself now. Hopefully I will remember to start tracking the new things when I do my other record keeping each night.
I pledge to:
*track all my food (by hand, so don't be disgusted when you don't see it online!)
*climb 24 flights of stairs (or exert myself an equally strenuously)
*show love to a stranger
*take my medicine so i don`t get too depressed to do the above!
