Meal Plan for the Day

Going to make today a high protein day. Didn't really plan out my snack last nite so I had to grab out of the pantry.

7:00- Breakfast- 1c cream of wheat w/ lowfat milk &1tsp Whey Vanilla Protein + 3 Turkey Sausage
10:00- Snack- 1c Light Tuna plain
1:00- 3 oz Chicken breast strips baked, 13 sweet potato fries, 1/2 c green beans
3:00- Snack- 1c Light Tuna plain- Workout @3:30 Interval Training
5:45- Dinner- 3 oz Chicken breast strips baked, 10 sweet potato fries, 1/2 c green beans. Zumba @6:15
8:30 - Snack- Atkins Mocha Latte Shake

Water: 64-74 oz
Total Calories: 1040
Total Protein: 110
