Title today is from Wicked (the musical).

Hello all! Yesterday's fasting went as well as expected. I did end up grabbing a fruit juice partway through the day to sip on. It happened sometimes. It was a good 100% juice and puree Odwalla drink.

Weigh-in 169.8. Not as much of a drop-off as I would have wanted to see, but I actually still feel a bit bloated, so my suspicion is that it will dive again tomorrow. A week ago I was 171.0, so I'm still down a pound overall.

I need to run today, and try and remember to get the husband to run this evening as well. I'll do two miles this morning though just in case it rains later and he won't go. I also didn't get to strength yesterday, so that needs to be done, oh, about now.

Anyway. Food should be set for today. I have errands to run, but that just means I'll be too busy for any extraneous eating. Lunch is packed.

Tuesday is tip day and my tip is learn to listen to your body. Stop before you put something in your mouth and think about whether you need food, want food, or are just used to eating food at that moment. Be mindful.

I'm still working on that tip, by the way. Okay. I have a full day ahead of me!

    This rain is messing with my running too, just when I'm starting to get focused! I hope you have better weather than me and can make it outside.
