Nothing Exciting

Sorry that you have to track my cardio here, but my exercise tracker is not allowing me to log my minutes. Otherwise, the challenge I'm on looks a little fishy!! LOL

2.5 miles power walk with client
2.5 mile run with client
60 minute step class-hi/lo intensity

Nothing exciting to talk about. Got a lot of work done today.

Game Plan:
HIIT work out
meeting for fundraiser
client
3 mile run with Dr. Nelson
Big Twins Cycles to order fundraiser shirts
client
pick up 15 cases of water
HIIT work out

Positives:
1. Lots of extra stuff done
2. The sun was out for a while!!
3. Last client ran 2.5 miles tonight...longest run yet!!
