Awesome Sunday Recap

Yesterday was a great day! Went to church, went to lunch with the family (Quiznos Salad), went for a long run into the wind..arrgh...but it felt really good. It was pretty hot out so I definitely have a 1 sided tan line because I ran 1 direction the whole time. I should really try to even that out later this week haha. I ran 5.5-6.0 miles total and ended up walking 1.0-1.5. Not too bad. Came home, got some groceries with my husband, made dinner, and went to a friends house to watch the basketball game. I got home a little late for having to wake up at 3:00 a.m. for work but it was worth it. Still working on P90X and the HM running schedule so things are good there. The scale hasn't moved much but I had some cheat days in there after I got frustrated from lack of movement the last time I blogged.

Right now I have 83 days until the HM and 83 days left of P90X! I keep telling myself if I can just stay clean until I finish the would feel sooo great! I might reward myself with a little mini-vacay with my hubby. We were thinking about Kayak lessons!

I hope the motivation stays and that the hard work pays off. Right now I am running around 2500-3500 calories per week spent running and P90X'ing!

Do your best and forget the rest right????

    Great on the rest, you totally got this HM. You're doing awesome with the schedule and plenty of time to be all set for race day. Yeah!
