So, trying a new technique. I am officially enrolled in the Camp Cabaret Belly Dance camp in October. It's do or be really embarrassed because I can't keep up with the 3 day workshop! I have never done anything like this before so I am super excited and also terribly nervous. I have participated in a few local workshops, but this is flying to TX and doing this all by myself with no one I know- really scary for an introvert such as myself! However, the instructors a phenomenal this year so I decided to take the plunge and enroll.

To get ready I am doing my normal fitness routine of walking/jogging or on days it is nasty out, the Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD, I am going to add 1 belly dance DVD plus, I need to start with Yoga to really work on my flexibility a few times per week. Hopefully this will inspire me :)
