What am I doing wrong????

Here it is Monday, stepped on the scale for my daily weigh in (only count saturdays) and it is back up to maintain after showing loss yesteriday. I was at 1500 calories for the day. 650-1000 short of my range for calories. Its starting to piss me off. I spent all last week watching the scale do that.
I do not want to spend another week doing the same freaking thing.
Jackass scale.

    Try eating the full amount of calories. I know it is hard if it is so hot, but you may not be getting enough. It also maybe water with the heat! Hang in there girl!

    My problem with only weighing once a week is that if that is the day my weight is off due to water or something , I REALLY get discouraged! Normally I'd have thrown in the towel by now but all I can do is keep doing what I know is right.

    I too had to train myself to put the scale away and only get it out once a week. Otherwise I got discouraged and frustrated.

    Don't give up...maybe change up your excercises or diet. emoticon It WILL happen!!!

    That's probably why everyone says to weigh once a week, but I still step on the scales most days. I am to the point where I figure the scale is never going down even if I eat right and do 30-60 minutes exercise a day (except Sunday). I saw someone post that she puts the scale in the cupboard so she isn't tempted. It is SOO.... frustrating!!
