You know when you are sick, your metabolism picks up. so when you were down and out, your body was working overtime to get rid of that bug which means it was still burning calories. Keep up the good work girl. You got this. oh and don't limit your calories. that will work against you. If you can, get your daily calory allowance and don't go over that. getting less than that will not help with losing weight. ok? eat girl, but eat healthy. have a good day. Loved the Vlog.

Congratulations on the loss- even when you were sick. This week will be so much better.
Your talk was just what I needed to gear up for this week. I'm getting into vacation mode and I can't do that until I am actually ON vacation! The old way was to be in vacation mode for three months with a resulting weight gain that I don't even want to think about. The new way is to eat the wonderful things I really want while on vacation, but get right back at it when I get home.
